Gameplay:

You're goal is to reach the portals (trophies) and complete all the levels!

But beware, in each level the controls on screen are finite (will disappear after use). 

Click the buttons on screen to control your character.

 Move right.

 Move Left.

 Stop.

 Jump.
 Restart.
 Portal.

Apples are the pickups.

Use 1-9 (and 0) + Q keys to auto-switch between levels:

Features Implemented:

Levels 1-6 and Title have been made.

Core Functionality:

Avatar moves right, left, jump, stop when action clicked. When icons are clicked, the player avatar does displayed action . The icons disappear and can’t be used again.

Stop. The avatar stops all horizontal movement.

When “jump” icon clicked, the avatar keeps all horizontal movement it had before jumping . Jump only happens when the avatar’s base is touching a platform.

Avatar resets when offscreen (or is killed by an obstacle). Level actions reset.

When the avatar collides with portal there is an End of level UI, 2 second wait before moving to next level.

Extra Functionality:

Visual style and feel. The game uses a range of pixel art.

Animation. The Avatar has a different appearance when not moving, moving, and jumping.

Bonus Lives. Levels contain bonus life pickups that can be collected and increase the number of lives by one.

Sound effects for moving, jumping, and stopping ; losing a life and collecting a life ; bouncing on a bouncy platform ; and reaching the goal portal.

Music plays throughout whole game. Music doesn't stop or restart when level is changed.

User Interface:

Title screen allows starting the game.

In-Game UI. Level name and restart level button. Has a health system that adds pickup.

Start of level text. Displays a message for 2 seconds containing the level number and title, and a brief description of that level's mechanics. Doesn’t show when level is restarted due to avatar resetting (or restart button pressed).

End of level text. Display a congratulations screen for 3 seconds after a level is completed.

Level 1:

Simple level with no modifications.

Level 2:

Obstacle kills the avatar and restarts the level (after an approximately 1 second delay).

Level 3:

Some platforms bounce the avatar when landed on.

A yellow particle system is generated to show that a bouncy platform has been used.

Level 4:

Some obstacle(s) move along a predetermined path repeatedly.

When level restarts, the moving obstacle(s) return to the same starting location each time.

Level 5:

Level still functions with invisible platforms and obstacles. Some
sort of rough indication where obstacles are (particles for fire).

Level 6:

Gravity is substantially less. Player moves slower in the world.
